My default program is fear and I work really hard to choose the life that I want to create. I see that the world can be really dark. It does not escape me.
My views are not pollyanna and I work hard to give myself what I can easily give to all of you. We just have to recognize our patterns and learn how to maneuver past the ones that don't serve us.
Learning to love yourself authentically in all that you are is the easiest concept and hardest thing some of us may ever do because it's breaking a lifetime of patterns.
