Our Story

Love Glasses Revolution

Hi, we're Love Glasses Revolution 💖

We believe the world looks different when you look at it through love. Our story starts with one woman, one hard morning, and one very wise guinea pig.

Tara, founder of Love Glasses Revolution

Our beginning

How it started

During the 2015–2016 election season, a lot of hate and negativity was spreading. Tara — Adnane's wife — took a trip to California with her mom and sister. At breakfast, the TV was debating "what to do with the Muslims," even internment camps. Sitting there, Tara felt like everyone in the room was looking at her.

When she got home, she told her little brother how she felt. He didn't say much. Instead, he sent her a meme: a guinea pig wearing heart-shaped sunglasses, captioned "I can't see haters with my love glasses on." 🐹💕

That was it. Tara put on a pair of heart-shaped glasses and chose to see the world with love. People smiled. Strangers said hi. Conversations started. Walls came down. And the Love Glasses Revolution was born.

“I can't see haters with my love glasses on.” 🐹💕
